The room was excellent as always in Defiance. The breakfast is very good with lots of options! Fresh fruit was great.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have a soda machine available.

The checkin process was a breeze! She was friendly and had us our room keys in less than 1 min. Amazing!

This was my 4th stay at this location, and on this visit there were 2 things that gave me pause. First, was a group of 6 young men hanging out in the hallway on my floor, not going to or from a room, I found this unsettling. Second, 6 days into my stay I looked up while in bed to find a quarter sized hole above the bed. When I inspected the hole, it was covered by a double sided translucent tape showing an attempt to cover it (with no repair). I placed a bandaid over that and reported it to the front desk and was met with skepticism. Question, then who placed the tape? Previous to this visit, the very weak coffee was my only complaint, remedied by bringing my own. The property is otherwise well maintained.

Great accommodations. Meeting room perfect for our gathering. Staff very helpful. Best breakfast buffet ever.

This hotel is better than others in the same area. Cleanliness is fairly good. Your coffee pot needs help.Coffee is an important part of a morning and sometimes evenings. This pot leaked and brewed half a cup of coffee.The coffee brand needs changed. Your staff was friendly.
